License Rules

  • MP3, WAV, and Trackout leases are non-exclusive — multiple artists can license the same beat.
  • Exclusive Rights is a one-time buyout and pulls the beat from sale after purchase.
  • Producer credit required on all releases except Exclusive Rights: "Prod. Silt".
  • No resale, redistribution, or upload of raw beat files.
  • Publishing split defaults to 50/50 on leased tiers unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Unauthorized use without a valid license is copyright infringement.

Each beat lists its sample status so you know what's clear to release.

Status Meaning
Original / No Sample Safe for release under your license terms.
Sample Cleared Sample is already cleared for release as listed.
Uncleared Sample You must clear the sample before major commercial use.
